Why Choose Stormer Music?
We started Stormer Music in 2007 as teachers and musicians in the spirit of sharing the joy and privilege of playing music, something we have done our whole lives.
Over the past few years we have taught thousands of students, grown to multiple locations, added different instruments and great experiences for our students to fully engage with the music learning process.
We’ve learned so much about running a great school and we’ve learned that music schools are profoundly important, beautiful and so needed in our communities.
Not only do we provide great weekly lessons but we fully furnish our program with opportunities to use what we are teaching in some beautiful and incredible ways:
Amazing teachers!! My kids have progressed more in the 6 months there then they have in 4 years playing their instruments thank you!!

Perform for family & friends!
Twice a year students have the opportunity to get up and play for an audience of family, friends and peers. We will fully prepare you for the experience, help you choose your song, understand how to perform and then be there to cheer you on.
Music is better together!
We have ensembles for music theatre, kids group learning, pop/rock bands, folk acts and more through our collaborate program. Students can learn song writing, stage craft, band dynamics and more.
Get your musical career headed in the right direction.
If you are serious about taking your music professionally we run workshops and programs to work towards a career in our beautiful industry.
We also provide work experience and (for the right candidate) paid opportunities towards a career in music.
Milestone recognition and awards.
Students can earn a series of badges and awards that we award for meeting certain milestones or completing challenges.
From playing live, to recording, to community participation, practice and more, these have been created to be tailored to musicians across the spectrum and provide a measurable outcome of success.
